So school's out but I always feel like it's never gonna end. Don't we always feel that way?

Since I'm going to a B-day party soon, I'll make this quick. I'm about 1/3 done on each cosplay. Since I have all of the free time in the world until Otakon comes up to work on it, I think I'll be able to finish before the day before Otakon. Place your bets now.

And after Otakon my family and I are going to California to see family again. Can't wait to see my cute cousins. :3

It sucks that Dissidia is coming out when the new school year sucks (thanks a lot S-E) but overall it's no big deal. At least there is a set release date to look forward to.

Drawing is going pretty well. I'm about to draw my last set of characters for my project and I'll *probably* put it up on my dA.

Sophomore Year's almost over...

And the pain shall begin in Junior year. Ugh. Well, I hope that it will still go at least a little smoothly.

In any event, I'm trying to start on my cosplay projects but my government HSA practice needs to be done as well. And as you can tell, I am procrastinating like crazy. But today is a day off so I'm trying to enjoy it. =]

In any event, I'm sorta pissed off that Dissidia is coming out August 25th of this year. D: That's when school starts for the new year (I think) so I'll be really distracted by it. Grrr... well, at least there is new content to behold in the English release. Now that I'm excited about. I think I've said this before but this is probably one of the only games whereas both the story and the gameplay actually matter to me (usually it was leaning towards the story part of a game). I heard there will be new moves that will totally kick-ass. Cuz if not, I will be a little let down.

Also in the news, I'm trying to find any good voice acting lessons/classes (online and real life) so to prepare myself for the future. Cuz saving money's a top priority these days...

Well, I wish the best of luck to any and all graduating seniors out there! I will update more when I get some progress done on my cosplay.

Well, today we have a day off of school and stuff. And I'm bored, as always.

The Asian Assembly went better than we thought. The skit was put together last minute (by moi) and when we put our heads into it, it really goes smoothly. So I suppose we all did great.

In any event, I'm trying to find inspiration to draw again. I think that was what was lacking before.

Well, gotta go do homework (not).

Soooooooooo, now what?

Seriously, I'm totally bored already. I feel like this Spring Break's gonna feel really short. But maybe cuz I'm procrastinating. Hmm.

Anyway, I performed at International Night the other day by singing to L'Arc~en~ciel's "Link" (from the FMA movie) and people loved it. =] Even my Orchestra Teacher liked my singing. XD;

In other news, the Asian Assembly should be going on in the next month. I hope that I'm good for the part I'm playing in the skit. =P We'll see since it's like... you know. My very first, authentic role in any acting experience.

Well, until then.

Btw, I'll start drawing as soon as I get some ideas. *sees idea float by*

Um, yeah. School got in the way.

News on life:

I'll be auditioning for our school's "Asian Assembly" tomorrow and I really hope that I get a part. I mean, cuz I'm Asian too. *snuff* Plus I'm used to the atmosphere of the audition process so I'm definitley more confident. Btw, I auditioned for the school's two plays ("A Few Good Men" and "Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat") but I didn't get any part. D: Ah well, I've experienced bigger losses...

In other news, school's actually doing pretty well. Latin's gotten harder but that's because we got a different teacher. I'm totally distracted by video games though (well, Final Fantasy games that aren't uh *ahem* released yet to the stateside... I'm looking at you XIII).

So, that's the jist of that. Hopefully good stuff will come along and I'm trying to work on my cosplays.

Otakon!!!

Sorry about the delay, first of all. School and other things captured my leisure time. Plus procrastination. Always procrastination. Secondly, pictures can be seen on my cosplay.com gallery (well at least some of them). My username is Crystal Lizzy.

Sooooooooo now that that's settled, let's begin my adventures at Otakon! : D

On Thursday, my friend Min came over to sleep the night so we don't have to go through the trouble of waking her up early at her house. XD We (or rather, I) played Kingdom Hearts 2 then my brother and I played some Guitar Hero. Then we sort of ate dinner and went to bed early. Don't know why I was tired but w.e.

Actually, I wasn't tired. I could not sleep because well, when you think about Otakon too much you lack hours of sleep. So I basically woke up at like different times of the night (mainly because my friend used my blanket and I was freezing cold -_-). I got up around 6 AM to get myself dressed as Summoner Yuna. And what the hell: my hibiscus kept falling off. D: But eventually I've found a way to hold it up... sort of. We drove to Otakon and while on the way, there was this radio station talking about... *gasp* Otakon! It was really cool, seeing how we cosplayers scared out to the degree of radio hosts. XDD But it was at least some attention to the public norm. Then we finally made to the BCC.

The time we entered the line was shorter than last year but apparently, they like to mess with us. While in line, some people got extremely bored and was cheering on a drifting empty bottle. I, the inner attention whore urge, decided to kick this bottle as far as I can and make it go on and on. Yeah. Fun times in the line. Fun times. Of course, we only had to wait 3 FREAKIN' HOURS before we actually got in. Missed the KH photoshoot. ;_; But in anycase, I saw my friend Paige/Page (I forgot how to spell your name D: ) and her friends as Gunner Mage Yuna, Rikku, and Paine. Tis was awesome.

So when we got in... *gaspeth* there was another line. Oh fun times. But at least got our badges and had to wait for my brothers and friend in... *le gasp* another line at Starbucks! Wheeee... but eventually we got to roam around freely. Firstly, we went to the Yuri Lowenthal panel (or at least the last part of it) and saw the entire Leading Ladies Dub Actress panel (which totally inspired me even more to become a voice actor). After that, I think we went to the video games room and watched my brother play Mario Kart. Yeah... since well, you know, Brawl lines are just so horrendous. During this, my other brother wanted to go to the Dealer's Room and I had to split up from Min and Tyler. So we did and he got a giant fan and an umbrella. Whoopee. Later in the day we went to the Artist's Alley and looked at some awesome art (and eventually learned about the ramy incident {which people should totally chill out about. Gosh}) Along way I had some pictures being taken of me and brother (he was Bahamut's Fayth) and eventually waited until the big FF photoshoot.

Now let me tell you that when we mean "All Final Fantasy Photoshoot" it just means "All Final Fantasy Photoshoot... Final Fantasy VII too!" I mean, srsly. I know VII is a great game and all but wow, they took up a lot of time. The only big groups were VII and thankfully, Final Fantasy X. I met some really great people there and they were fun to talk too. Then we went around to look at some animes and then we had to leave early because my friend had church service. But that's okay. I saw the JAM Project concert online later on. XD

At home, I quickly got out of my cosplay and took a shower. I was watching the opening ceremonies for the Olympics (while finishing up my White Mage Yuna Cosplay). And wow, it was so awesome. *_* Asians sure know how to f*cking amaze people. Seriously. The bad news that night was that my friend's service went on till like 11 PM so she had to stay the night at her house. But that's okay. At least I had my blanket to give me sleep. : D And then the next morning came really fast...

We got into the BBC a little later than usual but that was to skip all the lines before the convention started that day. My brothers and I went to sit around until Gloria got out of bed or until we found something to do. I got a few pictures of me in my cosplay but not as much as Summoner Yuna's. We went to the video game room early to get us some spots for Brawl and wow, I won one match (mainly because I was escaping the heat of battle XD). I was Link the first time, then Marth and then I think I was Sonic. Then we went over to Mario Kart Wii and Gloria owned us all. XD After that I think we went to watch some animes and then to the Artist's Alley and Dealer's room.

Then I went to the Final Fantasy Photoshoot which was crazier than yesterday's. Because we had to actually get people's attention to get our game's photos. Us Final Fantasy X people just talked away to wait for those VII people to *ahem* stop getting attention (even knowing that I was gonna be Cloud the next day XD). I met this really hot Tidus (and I mean sexy hot) who had this Blitzball made out of hollowed wood (it was the lightest thing ever). I also met a couple of Yunas and Tidus', along with an Auron. We did get some pictures taken of us and even had our own Konga line (lasted only two minutes XD). But it was really fun and enjoyed the shoot.

I think earlier or later, my brother CJ (non-cosplaying) was apparently being a b*tch about some things so he went home early. >_> Hmph. But can't blame him. Otakon's panels and events did seem a little bit more boring than the previous years. But meh, it's all okay. Afterwards, Gloria, Michael, Tyler, Min, Tasha, and I went to the California Tortilla for dinner (half of us ate however). And omgsh, we made the most awesome cupcake ever. XD (again, picture can be seen at my cosplay.com gallery). Ah the hilarity. Then we went to the 1st Mariner Arena to watch the Masquerade. Now, outside in line, they told us not to bring in any outside drinks or food. And right around the corner some guy was selling drinks! "It's a trap!" XDDD We got in and got some decent seats. Loved the pre-show they displayed on the screens. XD Then came the masquerade. Waaaaaaaaay better than I expected. : D It's pretty much self explanatory if you watch it on Youtube. Then my family and friend and I had to leave around 10 PM.

The next morning came and I thought that CJ (the brother that left in the middle of the day on Saturday) didn't want to come so it was just me and Tyler (my friend had Church). I was Cloud with a Santa hat so of course I got pictures taken of me. XD; We met up with Gloria in the video game room and played more Brawl and Mario Kart Wii. After that, we went to the Fountains area and saw people doing the Limbo with Xaldin's spear. XD I did it for a while along with my brother. Later on, we went upstairs to see a couple of things and then our last trips to the Dealer's Room and Artist's Alley. Then we went down to the fountains area to do our FFVII photoshoot (made friends with Zack XD). We sorta had to interrupt the Pokemon Photoshoot (shows how powerful our series is XD) to do so but some of us were in it. At the end of the photoshoot, my brother and I quickly went up stairs to the last All-Final Fantasy photoshoot (there were about 10 others). Lightning gave me a piggy back ride XD. After that, we said our goodbyes to Gloria over the phone and then my brother and I were trying to find something to do. After strolling around to the Artist's Alley and Dealer's Room (bought myself that Cloud print : D), we decided to go home. On the way to outside, we stumbled across the hugging line in which I totally felt loved. <3 There was this one dude who actually picked me up. I was scared to death and laughing at the same time. <.<; But in anycase, we left Otakon and had some great memories along with it.

Now, Otakon next year in July 17-19 so I'm really hoping I can make it in time. All in all, it was great going three years in a row and hope that I can go a fourth. w00tage.

The End of March...

And the beginning of April! This year is really going by fast. I gotta do so many cosplays within 4 months! But hopefully, my parents will be able to let me do it around May when I have time. Cuz well, I've got many-ado in April. Hopefully all will be good.

Well, my trip was okay but we literally could've done the things we did in NC/SC here in MD... oh well. I'll still be around so feel free to leave a comment or something. =]

I think my computer is dead. I can't log on to AIM and some sites aren't working for me. I think that it will take me this whole weekend to restore my comp the way it was. My only regret is to believe my computer can go over its limits and now I have a virus in it. So sorry if it takes me a while to respond to your messages and posts.

I feel as if God is laughing at me right now... seeing how tortured I am over a stupid electronic.

Finally, Mid-terms are done at my school and I can finally post on here. XD Well to wrap up my absence in the last couple of weeks:

Sweeney Todd - plx?
So I've been lately obsessed about seeing Sweeney Todd in theaters. I heard it was really good and well, it has Johnny Depp in it. That fixes everything. But my mom's saying that I can't really go cuz well, it's rated R and even having an adult with me I cannot see it. D: However, I have a feeling my parents might change their mind. *crosses fingers*

Today it finally snowed and it's definitely some good snow too. =D That means I can *hopefully* take some pictures of me as Cloudo in the snow. Burr~

Well, I've been thinking of doing some kinda movie or something with some friends and family. But my motivation for it has been blocked by things such as school and well... motivation. But now since I have free time, I can clear my mind out and contemplate about it.

But don't you hate the feeling after you just ate something huge or large or whatever? I do. I always feel fat. =[ No offense to bulgy people but srsly, I don't like it when restraunts give you more than enough... cuz then you are tempted to eat more of the food. Then you feel like you should've just saved it all for lunch tomorrow. *sigh* Well, what can you do right?

Meh, random thought of the day. I've got tons of projects to do and I haven't really had the time (nor the mood) to practice my instruments. Oh and even though I don't really have friends here (well that's on my friend's list) I'll just post this for the heck of it. Mmm-kay.

I just got back from Anime Club and it's kinda really... slowly progressing. x_x But at least my friends are in it so I get to see them at least. Everyone else is just kind of "meh" with things. Probably because they don't have a broadened sight upon Anime. But oh well, I hope they will still come back I guess. =\

Well, school's still been tough on me. I've got projects and piles of homework thrown at me everyday. But hey, that's life you know?

However, most importantly today's Friday! It's weird how I always look toward the end of the week because it's Friday... only realizing that it's a couple days before Monday and school. *sigh* Well, like I said. That's the reality of things.

Well, I need to make more friends here on this LJ account of mine. Cuz nobody's been posting to my journal. Yeah.

So it's Saturday and I should be enjoying it. But I'm not. I'm really almost bored to death and considering I'm moving classes for English, I don't know what to do. Plus, I can't really concentrate today. x_x I feel dead...

So, I have officially become sick the first time this school year. *sniff* I may or may not update within these few weeks not only of this cold but my homework is becoming more intense this year because I'm in all Honors and GT classes. Well, what can ya do right? Never give up!

In other news, I'm going to an Orioles Baseball Game tomorrow. Yeah.

My Thoughts on "Kingdom Hearts 3"

So, the Tokyo Game Show is coming up, announcing some of the most anticipated games in the land of the rising sun *coughfinalfantasycough* but there is one game I am particularly keeping an eye on. And well, you probably guessed from the title: the next Kingdom Hearts. According to the interviews with Nomura-san, he wouldn't call it a direct sequel but instead will be a project of some of the unexplained side stories of the game. Like Roxas or Riku's telling while Sora was sleeping, etc. I personally am excited to see what's gonna happen and hope it'll be released at the time when I can afford a PSP, DS, or a PS3. =/ Cuz, that's the console games right now that Squeenix is focusing mostly right now with their games. Here are my opinions on what games/projects there should be in the future Kingdom Hearts (spoilers ahead) -

My Kingdom Hearts Theories

The Three Knights:
I heard their names were confirmed as Terra (guy with Blue/Yellow eyes in Secret Ending of KH2:FM), Ventus (Sora/Roxas look-a-like), and Aqua (blue haired girl). But anyway, I think that Nomura should do a movie about it. Now, I know what happens when Square Enix attempts their skills at movie-making. But I mean, Disney's half of the franchise so it could happen and all. So, they should make a movie explaining about this Keyblade war and crap. To me, I think that Secret Ending was showing the Past, even though that Old Evil Guy looked like Xehanort and clearly, he should've been young then. But who knows what had happened. Maybe Xehanort became young again and that's how he was the man who lost his memory and then somehow turned up at Ansem's place. Okay, this is sounding like a fan-fic but that's my interpretation on it.

Organization Recruiting/Past:
I saw a Final Mix scene with Xigbar and Zexion talking about recruiting Marluxia to the Organization (so before Larxene and Roxas came in) and such. But I wanna see how the Organization got started. There was the Ansem Reports that kinda summarized and clued us how the first six members came to be Nobodies but I wanna see how they specifically came to be. I think this might be a movie too but I'm also seeing it as a game for a handheld system at least. Where did the other 6 members come from? What were their real names and past history?

The Letter in a Bottle...:
So, at the end of KH2 you saw the gang read a letter, supposedly from the King. I think that's where the "three-quel" comes in as Kingdom Hearts III. What does the letter say? Could it relate to the mentioned Keyblade wars? Is there another war? Will we see those three Knights meet these three heroes? Of course, I'm seeing this as a game for the PS3 or possibly for the Wii. Mostly for the PS3.

As you can see, this really does leave a lot of room for more in this project of Nomura's. However, it's my opinion and that usually means it won't come true. Well, we'll have to wait and see till the end of time. =/ (This is a really long entry eh?) Tonight, I'm gonna be really thinking about this mess so I guess expect a lack of sleep. Incase you haven't notices already, I'm a huge Kingdom Hearts Fan. It was the first game I actually beat by myself and completely fell in love with at first. And like most fans, I'd kill to get more info on KH3 or whatever. XD Just kidding. Maybe.

So if I seem absent minded while talking to ya guys, I'm thinking ~~Arby's~~ Kingdom Hearts.
